What is the safes place in the world to stay and live happliy?

1. on the news it said,mission viejo ca. was the safest city in u.s.but probably very expensive. it was from something like f.b.i. thats what i heard today and Detroit was worst city.
2. on ur own island with ur own cops and ak-47s in the house.....o and a nice view of the ocean
