My Safes battery died, how do I open it?

I have an m13 Challenger Series Safe that I have owned for 3 years. The battery on the Safe recently died out and now I can not open it with my Credit card I had been using for as entry. Does anyone know if there is a reference of taking care of this? Any useful information would help. Thanks

1. read the manual replacing the battery and resetting this can help you open the safe, then you reprogram your box again. The battery should be behind the keypad.
