How do I get my dog to do a leg vault when we play frisbee?

I have a young border collie that I've been teaching to play frisbee. She knows to jump over my leg when I say "over" but she will not put her paws on me when I try to teach her to leg vault. She is allowed to jump on me so I don't think that's the problem.

2. It's easier if you break things down into smaller parts. So, to get her ON your leg it's "up" with luring and treating when she does it. All she has to do is get on your leg. Once she gets that add a thrown ball or some treat to the "up". So you say "up" as she's getting up you throw the ball and let her jump off you to get it. If she doesn't go after food or balls quickly you'll need to work on that before putting the up and toy toss together. Lastly you add the frisbee to the up.
