Are burial vaults mandatory in Missouri?

1. No. I think they are only mandatory in Louisiana.
2. No, my father passed in MO in Jan, and although we did get one, it was not required. Some individual cemetaries may have thier requirements for thier property. Also the funeral director has to give you a price list of all services which ones are required and which ones are not.
