How would we go about selling burial plots in Illinois when we are in Florida?

We have 2 plots, vaults, markers in Illinois that we purchased in the 70's. We now plan for cremation and don't know how to sell such a thing. I would like to add that I know where I can list them, but I don't know the business end of it, as it involves a deed to property. I'm guessing that would mean more than just exchanging funds.

3. Call the caretaker of the cemetery and let them know that you want to sell the graves. They will post it and let you know if anyoneis interested. be preparedto sell them for less than today's value, since they were previously owned. You may not be able to sell them anyhow, so I recommend pricing them at $100 or so below today's cost of the grave to make it more marketable. Good luck!
