Is Paris justified in insisting that Romeo is guilty of the deaths of Tybalt and Juliet?

Romeo and Juliet quesiton please answer for 10 points asap thanks alot ! also.. What punishment does Paris demand for disturbing a burial vault?

Well Romeo is guilty for killing Tybalt coz everyone saw him do it. But Juliet was willing to kill herself because she wanted to be with Romeo. He didn't make her do it or kill her himeself! She did it of her own accord!!
i believe that paris is NOT justified in insisting that romeo is guilty of the deaths of tybalt&juliet, only in the sense that what he concluded was not actually the complete truth. romeo did not kill juliet, simply stated . &in addition, on what grounds did he stand on to say that ? he had no proof whatsoever to say romeo killed juliet. &although he was right about romeo killing tybalt, it was merely an assumption at that time . i am unsure about the also question . i hope this helps .
