plz help me or all switchs o and what lvl do chao evolve

1. To get to the switches, climb up that big structure in the middle until you reach a pulley you can grab to go up. You'll be in a room with a TON of enemies and lasers. All three switches are in there. Chao don't evolve through levels, they evolve over time. A Chao's lifespan is about fifteen in-garden hours (meaning you have to spend fifteen hours in the garden). They'll grow into adults after a couple hours.
