Do you see similarities between the television show "Lost" and the video game "Fallout"?

I do. It struck me, so I dug the game out of my archives and started playing it again. I see similarities between the hatches in the show and the vaults in the game. Also both the TV show and the game mention Dharma (not sure of the spelling). I wonder if Abrams ever played Fallout.
