What would be the safest way to pay someone online without getting scamed?
I posted a want ad for a boost mobile i875 and i got a respode for someone selling it for $150 which is a super price because there $400 and the bluethooth headset is included but know im wondering what would be the safes way to pay her with out me ending up getting scamed? I don't want to pay and end up not resivng nothing... umm... any segestions.... please help..... also wondering if there is any kind of way i can send her a check and freeze it and then when i get the phone unfreeze it...

- I'd say go with Paypal, the reason is that paypal requires a person who joined paypal to list physical mailing address, not P.O boxes. Also, the person who is receiving the money has to give their bank account number to where the money is going to be transferred, which paypal requires the person to list the same home address not P.O Boxes. Meaning that the person is easily verified by paypal, and easily identified if he or she has comitted fraud. Also, your money will be returned by paypal if you are a victim of fraud.
- I would have to agree. Paypal would probably be your best bet. It is free to sign up and I think it is the most secure way to do it.
