Why are DVDs so much more harder to open than a bank vault?

I swear, it's a chore to get the case open once you get home! It's annoying! I know people steal them a lot, but god, I hate having to get a kitchen knife and do surgery on the things! Anyone else with me?

1. hell yea it takes me like a good 10 minutes to open them it gets so annoying.
2. ??? click open amd remove DVD ??? never noticed or observed that they were difficult to get into.
