How do you get into the bank vault in runescape?

i want to get in !

1. theres no way to do it sorry!
2. u can't but if u get youe magic up u can use telekenis to grab objects u can't reach
3. if your magic is level 31 or something, you can use telekinises to grab some of the items, you also need telekinises or 10,000 to buy a map piece in a free runescape quest, and you cant ask anyone to teleport it for you, because it wont appear when they drop it
