Can a bank vault survive an F-5 or less tornado?

1. 39 percent it will survive an F-5. The vault may be tossed and thrown about 400 to 500 meters but the reinforced locks will keep the vault locked even if the vault is dropped to the ground by the twister like a rag doll...even if it is an F-5.
