How long can you survive in an airtight room?

Say you are locked in a 10 by 10 bank vault, how long could a person last before suffocating? Would it be the lack of oxygen or the accumulation of Carbon Dioxide?

1. Long enough to get caught by the FUZZ! but seriously though there is many more variables than the dimensions of the room and such like the individuals breathing pattern and how well the individual can maximize his use of oxygen. so yea Long enought to get caught.
