ok in the bank in runescape(the one by the museum, when you go down the stairs, there is a bank vault. How do you get in there?

3. u cant, the only way to get the things out of there is to have lvl 33 mage and use telokenetic grab with 1 law rune and 1 air rune on the thing u want
