What is arsenicum album? Is it safe? Chronic sinus trouble...?

I bought some NatraBio homeopathic sinus relief tablets at the health food store. I have trouble sleeping because of sinus congestion and was getting nervous about taking sinus and allergy meds every night long-term. (I've had this problem off and on for the last 10 years. It started again this time when I resumed menstruation after nursing.) Anyway, after I got home and looked at the box, I got nervous about taking something with the word "arsenic" in it. Does arsenicum have anything to do with arsenic?? It says on the box it is gentle enough for children, but I guess I have trust issues. :)
