how do you reset a micromark wall safe?

1. I gave up with the key pad it eats batteries and just use the keys
2. Micromark has two different safes and each one is reset differently, please get in contact with Micromark's technical line on 0870 241 3029 option 1 (UK number), so your question can be answered by a technical engineer.
