i have an unmarked home safe with push button combo lock , forgot combo, how do i reset combo or open it ?

i have found a push button safe that i want to keep and use. i don't have the combo and can't open it . it's 4 digits . also can i reprogram the combo to a code that i want. there is no marking on the safe ext.

1. You'll have to take it to a locksmith. A licensed locksmith is going to want to see proof of ownership. That's not much of an issue though, as you cannot legally keep found property. Turn it over to the police.
