Fallout 3 Errors???????

I can start the game fine and go threw the vault but soon as i leave the vault the game starts crashing and locking up! I have an N-videa Geforce 7 series video card a dual core duo pentium 4 processer and 2GB RAM sounds good my m8's got it and it says it requires an N-Vidia 6 series graphics card so ya know what the hell is wrong with it?

1. i have the same problem too. the vault goes on well but then when i make it to hte outside world, the game starts to crash. i think it is just another cheap trick by the developers to make such an engine that works on more powerful and more expensive graphic cards. the graphics dont look that great when compared to games like call of duty 4 or crysis, these two games work just fine for me. i myself have a NVIDIA 8600GT and 1 GB RAM with a dual core processor by AMD. well i dont really get the problem myself since my computer has the requirements to run it on low specs if not high. so either a patch would be coming out soon OR most probably they made it this way just to sell off more expensive graphic cards.
