1. I take it you mean a bank, safe deposit box. If you are really looking for the whole vault....heck, just buy yourself a bank. A box at Wells Fargo that is 20 in.long x 5 in. wide by 3 in. deep is $40.00 per year. It is tax deductible if you itemize your taxes.
2. It is usually around $40 to $50 dollars a year. But it can be cheaper or free if you open the account when they are offering something, if you have been with them for a time, have enough money in or whatnot.
