  1. drill holes thru the inside to install long LAG bolts thru it, in to the wall or floor studs,
  2. The safe would have to be pre-drilled. Floor safes are, the ones from Wal-Mart are not. If you have a cement floor, they have cement anchors and masonary bits at Home Depot. If you're not sure about size, ask one of the guys at Home Depot to get the right size drill bit to go with the anchors that you use. Just mark the holes on the floor by predrilling through the holes in the safe onto the floor, remove the safe and finish drilling the holes into the floor. Insert your cement anchors, replace the safe and screw in the anchor inserts throg=ugh the safe into the floor. If you have a wood floor, all you need are heavy duty wood screws. A wood screw is not as secure as a masonary for insalling a safe.
  3. If you are installing this in a room with wooden walls, then it will be more complicated. Using lag screws for wood,or ones called "walldogs". If in concrete, same principle but with srews called "Tapcons". The come with a drill bit just for those screws. Good Luck!!!!!
