Sorry for my ignorance but Say If I have some gold jewlerly in my bank's safe deposit vault.will I loose it if bank files bank currpecey or suddenly closed?

  3. All items in the safe deposit boxes remain the property of their owners. They do not belong to the bank and the bank has no authority to touch them. (And what the heck is "currpecey"?)
  4. He who takes what isn't his'n goes to prison. Only the government can confiscate your jewelry.
  5. The bank is just the place you are storing your valuable stuff. It does not belong to the bank. Using the spell checker would have told you the word is bankruptcy unless it was so garbled that even the spell checker can't figure it out.
  6. People would still be given the opportunity to get items out of their boxes.
