1. I think it is good. I think cremation is better, there are nutrients in the ashes and will nourish the tree or roses beneath which they are buried

5. I am all for it. Once I am dead, my body has no soul in it so who cares what happens to my body. I don't think we should force everyone to do it but I hope people consider the affects of their time on earth does. Ask yourself (if your non-atheist) Would my deity(ies) want me to destroy the place where our bodies live? Would my deity(ies) want me to further destroy the homes of fellow beings on the planet?
