Office sharing a wall with electrical Room - Safe?

I am leasing an office that is sharing a wall with the building electrical room. Is it safe to be this close to an electrical room emitting electromagnetic fields, or not?

2. It's all shielded. The magnetic fields produced by commercial loads are still easily blocked. The means to do the blocking is part of the building code. Not until you get up to the 480v and higher range is much heavier shielding required.
3. There shouldn't be any problems with your arrangement. Even if there were some big transformers in that electrical room, you still shouldn't have any fears of being next to it.
