fallout 3 bb gun help?

after i left the vault i never had it how do i get one again? i came back to the vault where is my room?

1. Once you wake up before you leave it should have been on the desk in your room along with BBs. Look around your room, theres some stuff that yo can sell also. Edit: Did you go back for the main quest? If you did then its gone, if you started a new game then its stright ahead of you when the girl (Ama or alma I think it is) wakes you up. P.S theirs a med-kit next to the desk, look left a little then up.
2. I would imagine you could buy one at a later date, possibly from flak at rivet city. If you are going to megaton you can buy yourself (or loot from a downed raider) a better weapon than the BB gun.
3. You left it on your desk in the vault in your room. You can buy one later so dont worry, right now just get you some real weapons.
4. Did you get it and lose it? You get it on the day of your birthday. Down in the basement area. You might have dropped it on accident. In that case it's still in the vault. Somewhere.. On the ground....never to be found again. There might be another one somewhere in the game.
5. i beat the crap out of the one gang leader. he started shooting me with it when i tried to savehis mom, but failed.
6. You can get another one in Rivet city. Why would you want another one anyways? Just about any gun is better than the BB gun.
7. You can always find one by deathclaw caverns from a bandit guy
