What wall/paint safe substance would glow very bright under a black light?

Something that would be invisible in normal light. Its to ask my girlfriend to prom. I would like to replace all her lights with black lights, and then paint "Will you go to prom with me?" on her walls. I need something that will glow very bright but also wash off and not ruin her walls. Also if you have any cute prom asking ideas they would help.
