While playing the video game Fallout 3, I accidentally found my dad in vault 112 while exploring randomly. Now?
it seems that I dont have access to The Citadel because I never needed to go there before. Is there any other way to get Power Armor Training?

- watch this vid it'll show you how to get power armor early in the game. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYHz3zeKFP8
- actually you didnt find you dad in 112. you were hallucinating. the experiment for that vault was that they mixed hallucinogenics into the air supply and watched as people went crazy. when you go there you start to go nuts too. you get access to the citadel and power armor training by following the main quest line. i would say you should do that as as soon as you can because power armor makes everything way easier, especially the t51b armor.
- Actually you did find your Dad in Vault 112, he was trapped in a pod, rendered a dog in the simulation, and once you escape he's standing right next to you telling you to come with him to Rivet City, or if you refuse to meet him there later. You can run all the way there with him, fending off enemies, he won't die, or just fast travel there. My first run through I stumbled on that garage and found myself in Vault 112, I even figured out the strange items in the abandoned house should be touched in proper order to open the arch and access the computer, without bothering with Braun's evil games. If you find Dad before going to GNR, retrieving the dish, going to Rivet City, and finding the clue to Vault 112 in the Jefferson Memorial, then you just skip all that! The next thing you do is meet Dad in Rivet City, and from there you'll be asked to clear out Jefferson Memorial for Dad and the scientists. Then things get interesting... Getting into the Citadel and receiving power armor training happens just a little bit later, just keep going and you'll get it. Don't usually wear power armor anyway. Right now my character is an unarmed/energy weapons/sneak expert and wears the Metal Master armor from The Pitt which gives +10 unarmed/+10 energy weapons. I carry the Metal Blaster shotgun-laser rifle, A3-21's Plasma Rifle, and the Fisto! No followers either, and up to level 19 now. I sneak up behind and either punch then heck out of them or fire off a blast with the Metal Blaster and that usually does it. I met my first supermutant overlord today. No big deal.
