Safe Luxury

Would you buy an ugly home in a safe neighborhood, or a fabulous looking, new home in a not-so safe one?

Got a choice. The one in the not so safe neighborhood has a lot of security. The ugly one in the safe neighborhood has none.

8. Worse house in the best location has the greater potential to increase in value. Have done that numerous times and made quite a bundle
9. There is a reason the fabulous looking home has a lot of security - it needs it. Personally I don't want to live with a lot of security devices, but to each his own.
