What percentage of the world's tithing reaches God's Heavenly Vaults...?

...after it's been thinned out by so many earthly hands? Or does He take online transfers?

  1. If it is used properly tithing helps support the church and community so that people actually have a place to go an be feed the word.
  2. 0% It goes into the pastors new car
  3. It is better to give than to receive. The act of giving produces "good" energy, which goes out into the cosmos. If it makes someone feel better about themselves, it's worth it.
  4. God neither wants nor needs your alms. the tithe isn't how God grows His treasury, it is how He grows Christians. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this," says the LORD of hosts, "if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes," says the LORD of hosts. Malachi 3/10
  5. One Catholic Church in Fort Worth recently bought stained glass windows. 12 of them to be exact, all costing about 100,000 dollars a piece. I wonder how many homeless people could have been fed and for how long with 1.2 Million dollars
  6. Gee--that's really really funny. 50,000 comedians out of work and you try to crack jokes. Don't quit your day job.
  7. Obviously the world runs on money. Those of us who have some should give it to others so that they are not suffering. It makes sense to me.
  8. Very little I suspect, we humans are notoriously greedy :P
  9. Only a moron would think money is wired to heaven. God has designated that ministers receive the tithes that are his and offerings are to take care of things like utilities, outreaches, ect. And of course Christians, unlike atheists, have many thousands of outreaches to help the poor, orphans, ect. Atheists are the ones who use their money selfishly.
  10. Tithing is an act of obedience on the part of the giver. The receiver of the funds is not involved in that act. As soon as the giver gives their tithe, God receives it. It is a matter of the heart, not the wallet.
  11. Look in the real world. Decode this lyrics " You'll see " Living examples in front of TV news reels and in prints on people, places and events. None. Mostly ended up with Robin Hood and Maid Marion with Friar Tuck and his merry men in time. Luke 21.30-36. Luke 6.39-40,41-45,46-49 Luke 9.25,55-56,60 Luke 10.20 Matt 22.17-21,32 What do you think?
  12. It reaches the Vatican (Catholics) vaults
  13. That's not how it works. The government does not exempt churches from taxes and electric bills. Offerings and tithes are used to keep the church running. Since God already owns everything since he made it, and made us his stewards, he asks- not demands-for an offering of money, times, etc.
  14. Im glad you are tithing. The people who are using it for there advantages are going to be punished by God. Let God handle that because stealing from a church is wrong so God will bless you for tithing but the people who take your money and use it for there advantage will be punished eternally. God Bless you
  15. Techinally none. Tith at my church is used to pay the preacher. This way it can go to further the work of the Lord.
  16. 0%
  17. Not one thin dime... Zero percent. There is nothing in scripture that requires Christians to tithe, and a tithe was never commanded of anyone based on their wages. .
