For guy's high school gymnastics in Illinois, are round-off entry vaults allowed?

The only vaults I see in IHSA guy's gymnastics that are difficult are tusks. Occasionally, I also see a handspring front tuck. Are round-off entry vaults allowed? I know you need a vaulting round-off mat or something, but I want to go for a round-off entry, even if it's something simple like round-off half on handspring, without any fancy saltos off. Can I do that?
