my laptop works at home but not my office. i dont know why, can you help?

for some reason, i get the load startup screen with safe mode etc. and then suddenly the blue screen of death if I dont do safe mode.

1. check your power cable status in office. check the power supply voltage in right numbers.(office) , using equipment.
