is it safe to uninstall slingbox flash tour and slingplayer from my pc?

the discs in my pc are really full and i really need to know if i can delete the following...adobe reader 8.1.5, adobe shockwave player, adobe flash player 10 plugin, microsoft.net framework 3.5 sp1, microsoft silverlight, microsoft office home and student 2007, microsoft office power point viewer 2007, and synaptics pointing device driver.
