7 Megapixel Digital Camera Safe?

Hey everyone. I am sick and tired of make bad quality on youtube videos. So I am asking if is it okay to buy a 7 Megapixel Digital Camera - Black? I saw it at Best Buy for $99.99. Is it safe to buy it? Will eat break or anything because of the cheap price? Thank you for viewing this question and make interest in this!

1. 7megapixel is expensive for 99 bucks! i got a 10.2 megapixel camera for 120 dollars and it is great quality. 2. You are heading off in the wrong direction...the internet CANNOT use high megapixels....figure that 72dpi is as high as can be translated on the internet and you will see what I am talking about. IT IS THE LENS of your camera that is the problem. It is far better to purchase a camera with, say 4-5 megapixels with a good lens than a higher megapixel with a crap lens.! Stick with major brands that are known to use good lenses...Canon, Nikon, Sony...all these cameras use good to great lenses. If this is for youtube, you do not need anything but a good lens and the ability to make movies. IF, on the other hand, you also use this camera for pictures, then buy at least a 6 megapixel detector...more than that is actually a waste in most people's hands. There is no need in paying for what you will never use. Cheap "cameras" at cheap prices built for computer use will never give good quality unless you spend far to many bucks for them. "Cameras" that clip to the top of your monitor, etc., are junk, serve a purpose that is outside what you want.
3. Well I would prefer a 11 megapixel digital Camera, but everyone knows thats pretty expensive. But Back to your question, yes that is pretty good. P.S Most of the bad quality comes from youtube, so if you shoot it with an HD camera you will have the option of making an HD button down at the Enlarge screen thing. Hope I helped!
