Adoption is when a kid is brought to another family through legal acts. Adoption is helpful and positive for the birth parents, the adoptive parents, and the children. Wouldn’t you want your child to live with someone who will be able to support and love them? Not all families have enough money to support themselves. It also becomes a bigger issue when there are children to be taken care of. A lot of money is needed to raise a child. Even though, it is hard for the birth parents to give their children up for adoption they know that it is best for the child. To make it easier and better, the birth parents could choose their child’s adoptive parents. Before someone could adopt a child, there are many background checks, home visits by inspectors, and reviews of medical records so that the birth parents could know that their child is going to live in a safe location. Frequently, the birth and adoptive parents have contact with each other, helping the birth parents know who will be their child’s new parents. Birth parents do not have regrets of this decision because they know that their child will be in a loving position. Everyone always wants to grow up and have a family. But as we all know, not everyone could have kids. Because of adoptions, thousands of couples and people could have children and start their family, having their dreams come true.
