Best Ghost Walk in Edinburgh?

Im going to Edinburgh over Halloween and Im looking for the scariest ghost walk on offer. I was their earlier this year and did a ghost walk with Mr Adam Lyal which was good but it wasn't very scary. (It was more of a comical ghost walk with ''jumper-ooters'' rather than a terrifying one) We want do go on a night, and may do the Vaults or the graveyard but because there are so many tours to choose from, Im totally confussed as to which ones are good, which ones a properly terrifying etc Can somebody help me please?!! 1. Unfortunately there isn't any really scary ghost tours, the level of terror depends on the guides expertise in explaining the detail and their storytelling technique. If you have a good guide you will enjoy the tour, a mediocre guide makes it boring. The vaults and the graveyard are both interesting tours and many people have written about eerie happenings while on both. Mercat tours have good reviews for past users but as I have said before, it depends oon the guide. You pay your money and take your chance.
