In the Fallout universe, what vaults are closest in proximity to San Francisco, CA?

I'm planning on making a Fallout vault tec costume and since I live in SF, I'd like for the number to be relatively close to what it would be. I forget if vault 13 is the closest. If anything I plan on making it one of the unknown vaults.

1. Vault 13 is the closest, but Vault 15 is just a few miles east of that so just do either Vault 13 or 15.
