An old playstation 1 demo called the vault?

I used to have an old playstation video gamee called The Vault or Jampack underground and there was a demo of a game in either Chinese or Japanese and it was in the sky in planes and you could fly, but i don't remember much of it. anyone who knows please tell me!!!
