Is bearshare safe on my windows Vista home premium computer with McAfee security?

5. The short answer is no. McAfee security will catch about 96% of all old (known) viruses and other malware. McAfee security will MISS about 60% of all brand new virus and other malware. And there are dozens of brand new viruses released on to the internet each and every day. There is no "security" or antivirus program that gives anywhere near 100% protection.
6. I'm not saying GO INSTALL this now. Most programs aren't 100% safe. But I installed this on my XP dell, with Vexira Anti-virus and I had no problems. Good luck. :)
7. Your rude you need to actually answer peoples questions instead of fishing for people who might help. Why don't you download bearshare and see if your computer messes up.
