Kong vaults tips. Im' having trouble konging long distances?

I having trouble konging long distances I think its because I dont get my waist high enough. or maybe im not doing something else right. Some tips please

  1. Getting your hips and feet up high will help a lot. You want to have a lot of momentum, too. It's easy to hesitate a little bit and lose a lot of momentum. Most of it is just technique. I'd try to find a video of someone doing it right. I have trouble getting my feet up...it seems so unnatural.
