I own a sentry safe digital password safe that I forgot the combination to?
Now I have some very important documents in this safe but I have no idea how to open it again. Please help, it has a 0-9 numerical keypad meant to type a password into. I used the factory password. I don't know what this means but it says MSW3517 BG83945* on a sticker on the front.

- Better call the royal locksmith. I mean, it's a safe. It's made to be secure. There's no secret hidden passcode that works on all of them. You're going to have to drill out the locks or something.
- Without remembering the code your only option (apart from destroying the safe to get it open!) will be to contact Sentry to get them to send you a master unlock code. Here's what the manual says: First, find your safe’s Serial Number. The Serial Number is printed on the small label on the left and right side of safe (outside). Send this, a notarized letter stating you are the safe’s owner, and a check or money order for $6.00 (U.S. funds) to: Sentry Group, Dept. 200, 900 Linden Avenue, Rochester, NY 14625-2784, USA. Best of luck!
- Sometimes there is a physical key for these devices, just in case power fails. Is there any chance of finding it? Other than that, you'll need a locksmith to help you. There is a good chance they can pick the lock of a consumer safe without destroying the safe.
