PC restarts while playing certain games.?

My PC restarts while playing certain games. Ex: In Fallout 3 my computer restarts as soon as I leave Vault 101,I also have problems in NFS:Carbon when i win the first race ( I've played NFS:Carbon before and didn't have this problem) and the same happens in Spiderman 3 as soon as I start the game. I also have the latest video card drivers and everything. I've played these games at least twice but never had this kind of problems My PC specs: Operating System: Microsoft XP Professional Processor:AMD Sempron 2600+ Memory:1024 ram Video card : Nvidia 6200 256mb

1. maybe u have updates so thats y. it happens all the time with mine.
2. Your video card isn't that good. You may be overloading it. This can cause the computer to crash, or restart in your case.
3. Very likely... a) Overheating of your graphics card or other system hardware - need to clean the card or your system from dust. b) Your power supply unit (PSU) is underpowered or getting old and might be overheating - get a new PSU. Unlikely to be a software problem but could be.
