Is Life Tree Home Soap safe?

I normally use method all purpose, but I found a bottle of life tree home soap while cleaning out my mom's house. I was going to toss it, but it says it's eco friendly, so I decided to hang on to it and look it up online. The few reviews I've found looked promising, but I just want to make sure. Is it safe? Non-toxic? Any good? I have two small children so I want to know before I use it, you know?

1. What does the label say? How old is it? If it is more that a few years old toss it as it has lost its cleaning ability.
