Help reviewing Essay!!!?

I need to write a persuasive essay of why we should keep our current curfew under law. Can you review it please and see what I can change. Many teenagers and even children wander the streets at night for different reasons. They could be causing trouble, going to parties and even doing drugs. In fact, a majority of vandalism is done during the night. Although there is a law giving minors a curfew, some believe that it is unfair and should be revoked. They don't realize that curfews keep children safer, help students with academic and sport achievements, help fight vandalism and give parents a peace of mind. The number one reason for a curfew is to keep minors safe from any dangers the streets could bring. The streets have become a real hazard to young children, even adults can't walk alone without being in danger. At night drunks come out of their bars, drug dealers try to make business at a low profile, and even rapist try to strike at an unexpected time. Having a curfew can help kids come home safe and reduce the risk of getting hurt. At the same time, teens can come home at a certain time keeping them away from parties and other social events that may start out as harmless but lead to danger after alcohol or drugs make an appearance. Helping minors stay safe is not the only advantage of a curfew, it helps students keep a sharp mind for school. If there are no curfews out then kids that attend school will stay out late with their friends and get little time to rest their brains. Teenagers need the most rest out of all the age groups to stay focused in school and get the best grades possible. With a curfew young athletes won't be temped to stay out late, giving them time to rest their bodies and be physically prepared for any competition. Some say that without a curfew minors will learn responsibility on their own. With the peer pressure that is put on today's youth the chances of them learning responsibility is unlikely. Letting minors stay out late is just a mistake..... It's not done and I need a conclusion :) Just trying to see how it is so far.

1. i agree with you ! you have expressed your thoughts very clearly and correctly! even i am against kids staying late out of the house for various reasons! it is not only worrying for the parents but also other members of the family! unless it is a valid emergency kids should stay put in the house for their own safety and benefit!
