Pond's clarant b3 Cream?

I am talking about this cream here : http://www.ponds.com/ProductView.aspx?ProdId=7 I saw this at K-mart while purchasing a scrub and it looked interesting. I came home and searched for reviews. Seems like people like it but i have a few questions for people who have tried it. Is it meant to be an anti-aging creme? if so, is it safe if a 15 year old uses it? Does it lighten your skin tone? or just dark sports? (Because i don't want my complexion lightened, just the stubborn post acne marks) Thanks so much in advance :)

1. yes is safe for a young skin use at night for great results doesn't have strong chemicals is gentle on skin smell nice too to prevent skin darkening use high spf.
