I am looking for a program that is like WebWatcher or that prgram is safe or do hackers sell this online?

is it safe to order this online or do hackers sell this to gain control of your computer, and what is the best product for monitering my computers at home for my children? I don't want to sit and watch them all the time but am concerned about their saftey
