Which one of these computers would be the safest to make a financial transactionon on?

I have my laptop at home, catching a random wireless signal, or there's the computers at the public library, the computers at the local college, or the computer in an office at the local college where I work. Which one of these computers would be the safest to make an online paypal transaction? I guess I'm not certain of exactly how people could get your information or whatnot...?

1. I would use the ones in the office of your employer. You don't want to do any kind of transaction on a signal that you don't know who it belongs to (the laptop).
2. If it doesn't say "secure", it won't be safe. I'd guess the office might be the safest. Your lap top is like a walkie talkie, it's sends and receives radio signals.These radio signals can also be received by others near by.All the other person needs is the right software to hack into your signal.
