Is it safe to run this?

Please tell me someone if its safe to run a "driver download" that I found under the tab "yahoo downloads". I suspect I may have a driver not working--because my webcam doesn't work suddenly. I know very very little about computers, and trying to troubleshoot on me own. Please advise.
