What is the average rent for a baby safe home that is owned by a private home owner?

I am a home owner who is looking to rent my house out to a baby safe home. I would like information on how much i should ask for rent [preferably the average cost of rent] and how much my income would be.

  1. If you think you are going to get extra rent for "baby safe"...not going to happen. Especially for someone without children. The vast majority of parents don't "baby safe" their homes...they babysafe their homes by watching their kids.
  2. I guess it would depend on what State you live in and the type of neighborhood you live in .What is your house payment ? and renter insurance ? you are responsible for repairs and in some states the water bill.unless you put that in the lease .I am not familiar with baby safe home . In SC an average home rents between 500.-750.and of course much higher for bigger homes . This is the best I can do for you with the limited info . Hope this helps . Elaine
  3. you will get $0 additional for this. You can baby proof a home for a couple hundred $$$. Plus I would never say the house is baby safe. If something happen, you could be sued.
