What happens in Assassin's Creed II after you beat all of the Vaults?

I beat it the first time after assassinating all the victims, now I'm trying to clear all of the vaults....

1. vaults? dunno if u mean the assasins tombs? anyway if u mean assasins tombs then you go back to your HQ and get altairs armour (its amazing) well worth it
2. You get Altair's armor and sword from the first game.
3. There is a vault at the end of the game, where the big mystery is, but as the previous people said, you may mean the Assassins Tombs. If so, you return to the basement/cave where the statues and Altair's armour is, put the Assassin seals in the statues, and when you have collected every one of them, you can get Altiar's armour. You buy the sword in town where the villa is (Montengino or something), which costs 50 grand.
