Fairly straitforward question regarding use of video converters?

I am currently using a converter/downloader called vlc which also has a player and I like it alot. I know how to convert video's from youtube and dvd. However, when I look at the features listed on the website, I don't understand the input/out language enough to find out if there is a way I can download/convert content from streaming radio, specifically, I'd like to capture a concert on Wolfgangs Vault, (rolling stones concert in brussels). Is there a way to do this on this particular converter, or another one I can download for free? If it is particularly tricky, please explain? 2 good answers in 20 minutes, great-keep em' coming! I don't know if this is important, but I'd like to add that I am running on Windows xp deluxe version.
