How far back are Yelena Isinbayeva's standards when she pole vaults?

How far forward or back are Yelena's standards. Are they at 16, or farther back at 24, or even farther back. Thanks. :)

1. I don't know, but I would assume they change depending on the height, and wind. It appears the standards are almost all the way back when she is jumping very high.
